Shipping
When your live parrot(s) are ready for shipment, we use trusted shipping methods like USPS Express Priority or Commercial Air.

We ship weekly on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

• USPS orders will arrive within 1 to 3 days.
• We always contact Commercial Air Shipment customers before making reservations to ensure a smooth process.
• If your order contains multiple birds with different Estimated Delivery Times (EDT), we will use the longest EDT for your order.

Once your bird(s) are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number the same day they leave our farm.

After receiving the email notification, please contact your local post office, inform them of the ‘live shipment,’ and request they call you upon arrival.

Always access your account to view the current status of your order via the Order Status Option.

Preparation for Bird Arrival
As a responsible pet bird owner, we encourage you to carefully research the bird species you wish to adopt and prepare the proper environment for their health and well-being.

Before your bird’s arrival, ensure you have an appropriate cage, seed, and essential accessories ready.

We also provide Bird Care Instructions to help you ensure your bird is settled in comfortably when it arrives.

Live Arrival Guarantee: While we guarantee live arrival, the pet owner must provide a safe, healthy, and harmonious habitat for their new companion once it is in your care.

Health Awareness: If you are adding any parrot species (psittacines) to your collection, we encourage you to be aware of a bacteria known as “Parrot Fever.” Though treatable, improving your awareness, prevention, and treatment options is important.

To help your new parrot settle in, create a quiet, stress-free, and warm environment (ideally around 80°F). We recommend isolating your new bird from any existing ones until it is fully acclimated and ready to integrate into your aviary.

Care for Your New Bird:
Vitamins and electrolytes are included with each shipment and should be given to your bird as their only water source for 3-5 days after arrival.

We also offer additional bird care products to help you maintain and optimize your bird’s health and happiness.
